Breathwork is a transformational and powerful somatic practice that clears emotional blockages stuck in the body, helping us heal from emotional wounds and deeply connects us with our heart space. It moves energy through our channels allowing us to experience the connection with our spirit and intuition, the feeling of returning home to the truest version of ourselves. It awakens creativity and promotes the liberation of limiting beliefs.

The breath is our ultimate healing superpower.

The Breath serves as the gateway for life force to flow into our bodies, forging a connection with our very essence. My approach is centered around the synergy of Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Practice for fostering enduring change.


During your Breathwork Session

You will be guided through a meditative breathing technique to help release energetic blocks, clear the mind, and tap into your inner landscape, creating the right environment for deep healing to occur. Breathwork is a somatic modality that quiets the mind so we can access the deeper layers of our intuition and subconscious through altered states of consciousness. 

Breathwork is done in a controlled manner by breathing while lying down, fostering a heightened sense of bodily awareness. During the first couple of minutes, the conscious mind attempts to maintain control, this can manifest as resistant thoughts and distractions. The rhythmic breathing elevates the body's oxygen levels, reducing blood acidity and fostering alkalinity. As oxygen reaches the brain, it stimulates the hypothalamus gland to release endorphins. These endorphins activate other ductless glands throughout the body, inducing relaxation of the brain and encouraging emotions to flow more freely.

Think about the breath as the channel for release, serving as the vital catalyst for moving the stagnant energy out of the body. As the breath encounters these emotional blockages, it will eventually generate a cathartic release, providing meaningful insights and unique experiences of connection and unity with the deeper aspects of the self.

The breath has the power to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit. Bringing upon a transformational life experience that can change the way we look at ourselves and the world.

Following the session, you may experience a sense of bliss, so it's advisable to move at a gentle pace. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, and allocate some time for reflection and journaling about your experience and the thoughts and emotions that emerged. Engaging in this reflection will aid in processing and integrating the session more effectively.
