Embodiment for Immunity and Resilience is a four-session virtual series to support our community during this dynamic and challenging moment.
How your nervous system functions plays a major role in the strength of your immune system.
These classes, offered once a week, will offer participants a nervous system "tune-up," focused on relieving stress, tension, and pain, while supporting the health and coherence of our bodily systems.
Each 40-minute session will be a guided, nourishing experience of gentle embodiment practices, drawing from Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness meditation, and yoga.
We will use movement, breath, sound, imagery, and imagination to guide our nervous systems into a state of rest, vitality, and wellness.
