Five months to 50….Four more now.
I use to be wash and go but maintaining elastic skin as I age has become essential in my daily routine, There’s never enough time in the day so I manage to keep my routine short and easy.
With three tiers to choose from, we have something to suit everyone from the multiple-times-a-week user to the tentative newcomer, and the best news is that you save at every level.
As we enter into 2021, we’re filled with hope and optimism for a better year ahead, for ourselves, our families, and our community. We took the time as individuals to reflect on the challenges we overcame in 2020, but we’re happy too, to let some of those go with a brand new year at our fingertips.
Amidst the challenges of this year, we’ve continued to grow the Elevate family, and as the year comes to a close, we’re thrilled to welcome Jennifer Hawkins, Certified Life Coach to the team.
Jennifer will be offering Food Freedom and Mindset Coaching at Elevate, providing a support system for many who struggle with restrictions, destructive behaviors, or concerns that interfere with their ability to enjoy life fully.
We recommend building immune resiliency at all times, but even more so during a pandemic.
A vaccine may not be available for many more months, and with the potential of getting sick at the forefront of many people’s minds, we urge everyone to consider how your body might respond if you do become unwell.
Fall is the perfect time to optimize your health, and with this in mind, we’re refining our Acupuncture offerings and outlining each provider’s specialties, so that you, our patients, can feel confident choosing the practitioner most suited to your specific needs or health concerns.

I recently came across a TED Talk by a lady called Bonnie Feldman. It's called "The Single Most Valuable Legacy We Can Pass On" and during the course of the talk, she discusses the importance of developing self-care practices, not just for ourselves but for our children and our grandchildren.
Here at Elevate, we know we're not alone in feeling the need to expand on the subject of self care. We want to play a part in bringing it into everyday conversation, making people aware that it's a valid subject to discuss with their friends, their primary care providers and their community. Something that we can share with others: our practices, our mantras, our nutrition and wellness advice.
